Great for insomnia, stress reduction and relaxation or if you are curious about different styles of yoga.

A combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.


No experience required ~ bring a pillow, blanket and warm clothing ~ come in your PJ's if you like and roll straight into bed afterwards.

£10 per class (from 2020 £15 per class)

Booking required as numbers are limited so that individual attention can be given to each student.
