Welcome to my website, thank you for stopping by to take a look.

It is very difficult for me to put into words my love of yoga (think of your favourite thing to eat and multiply it by 100) hopefully if I see you at one of my classes my passion for the practice will shine through!  

 

Yoga has changed me for the better in so many ways, too many to list or bore you with, no longer do I pound out the miles on a treadmill to clear my head (I still do the odd 5k) now I head to my yoga mat.  

 

Yoga has helped me be kind to my body and myself but also given 'me' back ~ and do you know what, I am not ashamed to say I like me!  You can read more about the start of my journey by clicking here.  

 

What yoga means to me... it's not the handstand, not the leg behind the head (yup that’s awesome) but it’s about coming back to you, your body and saying hello to that the wonderful you that keeps you here every single day...your breath.

My yoga journey will continue and I hope I become a part of yours, the journey never ends and in the words of Lao Tzu ~ (and you might notice, I LOVE a quote) 'the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step'.
