As I am co-hosting a overseas yoga retreat in 2020, I will only be holding 3 mini retreats next year. Here are the dates for the first 2, whoop! Number 3 will be later in the year. These half days (10am to 1:30pm) will be filled to the brim, in fact, overflowing with all things good for your body, mind and soul.

 

This half day retreat will give you the opportunity embrace new beginnings, release any negativity and empower yourself to start the New Year in a positive way through all things that are yoga. New Year is often the time when we look to a new start or a new goal so take some time out of you to spend the time deciding what YOU want in 2020!

 

So, take time to connect with yourself and indulge in a day of ALL things yoga. Suitable for EVERY body, as with all my practices you take it at your own pace.
