If you enjoy a high energy class with uplifting music and playful vibes this one is for you.  A strong practice has always been my go to for stepping out of my head and into my body.  Challenges will be there for those that want them, but as with any of my classes you listen to YOUR body and do as much or as little as you like. So if you want to start your week the best possible way, sign up now, you won't regret it. 

This class is £10.

What Is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa involves moving from one pose to the next in a flow of breath and movement. As you move through postures and sequences at a faster pace, you increase your heart rate. It’s a continuous flow that’s regarded as an excellent cardiovascular exercise, it may leave you sweating but who doesn't love to sweat!
