I am very excited to offer these NEW 4 week beginner yoga courses, the courses are aimed at complete beginners who have never done yoga before, those who have had some time away from the mat or only tried yoga a few times. Students who already practice and want to deepen their understanding of ALL things yoga are also very welcome.

 

On completing the course you will feel more confident to join an open class or start a regular home practice to continue on your yoga journey.  Pre-booking and full payment prior to the course is required to secure your place. Contact me to reserve your place on wellbeingwithrachel@gmail.com 

 

Numbers are limited to 12 people per class and you will be with the same people each week, so if you are uncomfortable or perhaps feel anxious in large groups this is perfect for you, you might even connect with some likeminded people. Children over 12 are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

 

The course will cover all aspects of yoga ~ breath work (Pranayama) posture (Asana) and meditation (Dhyāna).

 

The course is structured and you will receive a curriculum at the beginning of the course. On completion of the course you will receive a printed handout to continue your practice at home, along with a graduation certificate, additionally you will receive a free pass to any of my open classes (worth £8).

 

Dates (Monday evenings)

Block 1 - 9th September, 16th September, 23rd September, 30th September

 

Block 2 - 4th November, 11th November, 18th November, 25th November

 

Timings - 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Venue - East Hagbourne Pavilion, Great Mead, East Hagbourne, Didcot OX11 9BN 

 

Investment in you is £40.  All equipment will be provided, however feel free to bring your yoga mat if you have one.  

 

Cancellation policy:

When booking a courses please note that full payment is required and a refund cannot be given if cancelling a month prior to the course starting

If you miss a class, no credit can be given.
