If you have questions prior to returning to a face to face class you might just find the answers here, please also read this page if you are booking on a face to face class.  If you can't find the answer or just want to chat anything through, then of course, feel free to contact me on wellbeingwithrachel@gmail.com

How to book.

Just click on 'book now' for whichever class you would like to join and complete the form. If the class says 'waiting list' it is still worth booking to be added to the waiting list and I will contact you if a space comes available.

 

Face to face classes

You will receive notification that you have a place on the class via email (around a week before the class) and details of how to make the pre-payment.  If the class is full, then I will let you know that you are on a waiting list.  Please do not turn up to the class unless you have received confirmation you have a place.

 

Online classes

I will email you a day prior to the class with full details of how to join the live session - simple!  Please check your spam and junk folders for the email as I often end up there.

Payment

All face to face classes are £8 per class or 3 classes for £20

All online classes are £5 per class. However, If you are self employed or financially struggling please let me know and I will sort a way to get free yoga to you, please don't be embarrassed to ask, it's called Karma Yoga and I am happy to practice it. 

From Monday 19th July more spaces will be available in face2face classes, booking is still required and mat spaces will be marked out.
